Hello, I am Noah
I’m a project manager. I’m a parent. An expat based in Toronto, Canada.
A few years ago, I moved here with my family. What began as a temporary assignment gradually became a new chapter of life abroad.
How It Started
Moving to Canada wasn't in the cards for our long-term plans. As with many expatriate relocations, it started as a job opportunity and soon grew into something far more significant.
The initial months were demanding — unfamiliar systems, new routines, higher expectations. Routine chores felt tougher than expected.
The Adjustment Period
There was culture shock, ambiguity, and plenty of hands-on learning. Yet over time, routines took shape. We found spots that fit our needs, connected with other families, and began creating something that felt secure.
Why I Built TavrenLimoQel
Most online content was either corporate relocation guidance or shallow tourism material. What was lacking was an honest, everyday family viewpoint.
This site aims to fill that gap — practical advice drawn from real life in Canada.
Overview of the Site: What It Does and Doesn't
This site is:
- Practical insights gained from living in Canada
- Centered on family life and daily realities
- Updated whenever there is a real change
This site isn't:
- Not a tourism authority resource
- Not a sponsored review platform
- Not a generic travel blog
Looking Forward
Our stay in Canada continues, and so does the learning journey. As long as the information remains useful, I’ll continue to document what we discover.
If you have questions about family life in Toronto or anywhere in Canada, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,
Noah
